     We know – “Health is wealth”. Persons who understand the importance of good health he will keep himself fit. Sports are having paramount importance apart from balance diet to maintain our health. If we don’t maintain our body doesn’t develop. We tend to fall sick and we are likely to be the target of many of the diseases.

     Healthy life is most expected for all human being. It includes good physical condition and good mental condition. For having good mental condition sports is having very important role.

     There is a good relation between sports and healthy life. For maintain a sporty and healthy life we must follow following key words:

     Who – Who can do exercise? In answer – everybody can do. Considering the age limit exercise or sports events can be differ but the ultimate goal will be same to maintain the health.
    What – What can we do? We can do anything like walking, judging various sports and games. According to age limit we might follow any of the above events.
     Where – Where can we do sports or exercise? In answer we can say everywhere. It’s not necessary to have a gym or exercise/sports instruments all the time. We can do it in any place.
    When – When should we do the exercise? In answer there is no fix time for exercise or sports. Whenever we get time we can utilize that for sports and exercise.
     Why – Why do we need to play sports or do exercise? For good health and healthy life. Sports and exercise is having an important role on that.

Adults who play sports also have the opportunity to develop good relation and friendships centered on an active lifestyle. Team practice and competitions provide socializing options that are healthier and more active related with regular sessions of other more inactive activities. Taking on leading roles within your team can also teach leadership.

     Sports and games give us prospect to grow in life. Now day’s sports have been commercialized. They have become a good means of earning. The sports person who does well in sports is rained with name, fame and wealth. He becomes a hero rapidly. Sports have great possibility to offer career opportunities. So we should take them very seriously from the very early age of our life. Sports are good means of earnings. Sports offer opportunity to prove talents as well as help to maintain a healthy life.
